1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product has printing defects
📌 Note: Change of mind or ordering the wrong book is not eligible for return.
2. Return Timeframe
- You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product
- After this period, we may not accept return requests
3. Return Process
To request a return:

- Provide your order details and clear photos of the issue
- Wait for approval from our support team
We will guide you through the return process once approved.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be sent via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank)
5. Replacement Option
Instead of a refund, you may request:
- A replacement copy of the same book (subject to availability)
6. Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
- Digital products (if added in future)
- Orders placed by mistake
7. Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping
- Otherwise, the customer may need to pay return shipping costs
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipping
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
