1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product has printing defects

📌 Note: Change of mind or ordering the wrong book is not eligible for return.


2. Return Timeframe

  • You must request a return within 3 days of receiving the product
  • After this period, we may not accept return requests

3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone
  2. Provide your order details and clear photos of the issue
  3. Wait for approval from our support team

We will guide you through the return process once approved.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refund will be sent via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank)

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may request:

  • A replacement copy of the same book (subject to availability)

6. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
  • Digital products (if added in future)
  • Orders placed by mistake

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong/damaged product), we will cover return shipping
  • Otherwise, the customer may need to pay return shipping costs

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
